4. Payment Terms

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide our services.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Align AI Resume Builder uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions and optimizations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (job interviews, employment, etc.)
  • You should not include false information in your resume, even if suggested by AI

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENZ APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genz Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
